Steplite started with a simple, frustrating problem: waking up every morning and dreading that first step out of bed.

If you've dealt with plantar fasciitis, you know exactly what we mean — that sharp, stabbing pain in your heel that makes the first few steps of the day feel like walking on glass. It's the kind of pain that follows you into work, onto your feet all day, and right back home again.

We looked for a simple, drug-free way to make mornings easier — something you could just put on before bed and let do its work while you sleep. That's why Steplite exists.

We're a small team that believes relief shouldn't require expensive clinic visits or a cabinet full of pills. Just thoughtful, no-nonsense support for the people who need it most — nurses, servers, warehouse workers, and anyone who spends their day on their feet.
