Thanks for shopping with Steplite. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times
Every Steplite is shipped directly from our fulfillment partner. Please allow 10–14 business days for your order to arrive. We know that's a little longer than a big-box store — it's how we keep our prices fair and skip the retail markup. Your feet will thank you for the short wait.

Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on every order. No surprise fees at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking within 4 business days of ordering, email us at steplitestore@outlook.com and we'll sort it out.

Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute packages once they've shipped, and we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
